Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Scope of Services

Tech2safe provides professional technical consulting services, including EHS digital strategy, ESG technology selection, and enterprise system deployment. Specific deliverables and performance standards are governed by the mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) for each respective project.

2. Limitation of Liability

As a leading professional consultancy, our operations are backed by industry-standard professional liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech2safe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the compensation specified in the applicable project contract.

3. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final resolution.
